This Maple Bourbon Milkshake is thick, boozy and buoyant with the light, woody flavor of maple syrup and the sweetness of vanilla.
Ingredients: 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (about 2 cups) 2 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup, plus 1 teaspoon for garnish 1 to 4 ounces bourbon, to taste ½ cup milk Instructions: In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Divide between two glasses and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve with a straw.
