Baked Maple Carrots

Carrots even kids love.

1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. In a baking dish add carrots. Our family really loves these so we use a big bag of baby carrots. 3. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of carrots. 4. Cut a half stick of butter into pads and set them evenly over the surface of the carrots. Hint: use real butter and not margarine it tastes much better with the real thing. 5.Drizzle syrup over the carrots and let a little pool in the bottom of the dish. I use about half a cup of syrup for a big bag. 6. Cover with tin foil. 7. Bake for about an hour. 8. Remove tin foil carefully there will be lots of steam.

Serve and enjoy. I've had the pleasure of convincing some EXTREMELY picky eaters to love carrots after this recipe.
