Maple Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup soy

  • ¼ cup sherry

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ¾ tsp dry mustard

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp cloves

Directions: Marinate 4 lb pork ribs in fridge overnight. Barbecue, basting frequently.
